After analyzing which one to prioritize for our family budget this year, aside from prioritizing the kids’ education, we came out with a plan of prioritizing home improvement. Since we’ve been living in our current home for almost 6 years now, I guess it’s time to give our house the time and budget.

One project that we need in the list is the waste disposal system. Hubby insisted that we separate the recyclable items to non-recycable. I remember when I was younger, I didn’t like rustic furniture that much but when I am now older (and supposedly wiser), I’m starting to appreciate the beauty of having a rustic furniture. One reason is the quality. I’ve noticed that most modern furniture don’t last that long while the rustic furniture are tested and of really great quality. I guess because the materials used in building these type of furniture are of great quality too. I may not own a rustic furniture for now, but I’m thinking of getting a couple of rustic furniture in the future. I will have to save up for it first because, I tell you, it costs a LOT! This is what made this really grand!

Another project that Hubby and I are working on these days is our humble home. It’s been 5 years since we last transferred here and we want it to renovate with all the leaks and the problems that we’ve been encountering for the past year already. It’s been years now since we started our home renovation. Yes, we’re still on it trying to have a great home for the family. So now that we’ve exhausted and used up most of the materials that we bought, we’re thinking of getting more stuff for maintaining the house.
