Known to be an “off-beat” mall, the top 5 shopping mall in Hongkong is called the Festival Walk. Located at Kowloon Tong MTR Station. I have read that they feature over 200 shops and 27 restaurants. They are currently in a very good location – at the interchange between the subway and regional rail. This mall also offers a multi-screen cinema, Hong Kong’s largest ice rink, over 220,000 square feet of office space, an 850-space car park and direct access to buses, taxis, and the MTR Kowloon Tong Station Kwun Tong Line and East Rail Line.

The fourth and biggest mall in Hongkong is the Harbour City mall. Located at Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.

This mall is over 3 kilometres long and boasts for over 800 shops! Yes, that big! What I love about this shop is that they offer all kinds of stuff from international brands to national brands. This mall is indeed the biggest since it features two grand cinemas. They have restaurants that offer almost all of the cuisines all over the world. The advice of the locals is that you get a map of the mall so you won’t miss the shops and with that you don’t waste time looking for it.

The third top grandest shopping mall in Hongkong is called The Landmark. This mall is known for featuring Hong Kong’s most exclusive shops like Harvey Nichols. They also feature Luis Vutton, Calvin Klein, Dior and Gucci. Shoes and bags can be found at the following shops: Celine, Charriol, Fendi, InNIU, Jimmy Choo, Kwanpen, Manolo Blahnik, Roger Vivier, Valextra. Since they feature top of the line shops, it’s not surprising that the prices of the items of this mall is high. Located at Des Voeux Road, Central featuring Landmark Oriental Hotel which includes first class restaurants.

Next grandest and busiest shopping mall in Hongkong is the Times Square Mall.

Located at 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay.Tourists in Hongkong makes sure they drop by this mall since this mall offers shops that are mostly mainstream mix of European, American and Japanese stores. This mall was inspired by Times Square in New York, this is usually where Hong Kong celebrates the New Year. Just like the New Year’s countdown in Times Square New York. The nice thing about this mall is that they aim for customers who are just an average shopper.

My kind of mall, I guess!

Since my family and I are going to be in Hongkong in a few days I tried to look for shopping malls that we can check. I came across 5 top shopping malls that I will be posting in the next few days.

First and grandest shopping mall in Hongkong is Pacific Place.

Located at 88 Queensway, Admiralty. This shopping mall is known all over Hongkong for being “swanky”. They said that it looks more of a hotel than a shopping mall. This shopping mall has three levels and top floors have the swank boutiques and designer shops. The lower levels on the other hand, have more of the common shops that we usually see everyday.

They boast for having Hong Kong’s only Dan Ryan’s outlet, a pair of five star hotels, the Island Shangri-La and JW Mariott and a cinema.

Hong Kong Seibu, Lane Crawford
